Who we are
CÉLINE — Pilates & More (formerly Pilates Reformer Mykonos) is a boutique pilates studio operated by ΚΟΚΚΙΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ (Dimitra Kokkinopoulou, “Demy”), VAT No. (ΑΦΜ) 150587506, in Mykonos, Greece 84600.ΚΟΚΚΙΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to this policy or your personal data, contact us at [email protected] or +30 698 402 2839.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to share with us:
- Direct messages. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or Instagram, we receive the contact details and content you send through those channels.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) to keep the site secure and available.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or profiling tools, and we never sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver sessions, and keep basic business records. The legal bases under the GDPR are the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running the studio and keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Where it goes
Messages you send us are handled only by the studio. Service providers that process data on our behalf — website hosting and email delivery — do so under their own GDPR commitments. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return, then delete it. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are retained for the statutory period.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only browser storage we use is a single local entry that remembers you have dismissed the cookie notice, plus anything strictly necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and its effective date.
